On Thursday afternoon, Niall Boylan on Classic Hits spoke about the NCT.

It has been revealed that part of the NCT test has been suspended due to a problem with lift equipment. Motorists will be able to half test their car but will have to return for the second half of their test once lift equipment is fixed and won't be able to get a cert until the entire test is completed.

We spoke to Barry Aldworth from AA roadwatch and got listener reaction to this story.
