What do we do with a terrible ending? When a movie ends terribly, we leave a bad review and move on. But moving on in real life isn’t so easy. John the Baptist started out with a promising career. But his life ended terribly when his followers left him, he was imprisoned, he doubted Jesus, and was ultimately executed. Terrible endings cannot undo the destiny God has for your story to bring Him glory. When Christ is the center, even in the terrible endings you can still believe in the faithfulness of God.
