Following Your Heart When Your Heart Has Led You Astray

Most of us know it is a good thing to follow our heart, but what happens when following our heart has gotten us into trouble?  What about that last heartbreak?  What about that narcissistic relationship?  How can we move forward following our heart when we can't trust it?

In this episode of Pandora's Box we are going to do a deep dive into matters of the heart.  We are going to look at both the physical heart, the symbolic heart, our brain, our pain body, and different aspects that effect making solid decisions.  We will also look at the relationship between the heart and the intuition.
