Just what will your legacy look like for other people after you’ve left your mark?  Now I’m definitely not one for bringing down the mood and atmosphere here but this is a genuine question and a genuine thing that people tend to ask themselves more when we begin to get ourselves towards the end of the year.  It’s the time for reflection and for some people, a little review of what they have achieved, gone through and now what to do next year, it’s like a mini appraisal if anything and we all love those at work don’t we!  The result of this is normally a load of new years resolutions that most people will have given up on by the middle of January but that is another story as they say.
