Wisdom Point #10 - What Are You Willing to Lose?

It’s a brand new month which brings us a brand new theme: Release to Receive. This month is all about exploring and revealing what no longer serves you and then releasing that with more grace and ease to make room for what you say you want.

Today’s wisdom point is a refresher on letting things go. It’s not always easy, but as we move from season to season, there are things that we simply do not need anymore. Of course I’m speaking mentally and spiritually, but even physically!
