S&P Futures are flat to higher. Last night's earnings reports were not impressive, QCOM, ARM, F & SWKS are all moving lower after their announcements. Trade tensions and the lawmaker's action on the budget reconciliation bill will continue to poise risk for the markets. HON announced that it will be splitting up into 3 separate companies. This morning markets will likely react to economic reports on Preliminary Productivity and Costs for 4Q and the Weekly Jobless Claims data. Oil prices are down due to the API inventory data which indicated a build in inventories.
