How Much Confessional Scrupulosity is Practicable in this Age of Auto-Didacts and Diversity?

I've done a series of videos on the Christian Reformed Church in North America's current fight over Same-Sex marriage. As often happens in the church world the real fight might be procedural/proposition regarding how "subscription" is handled by the denomination. Rev. Cedric Parsels of Dorr MI has recently written a paper challenging what had become the established posture of the CRCNA with respect to "confessional difficulty gravamen". This gets super nerdy super quickly but will impact how the CRCNA understands itself and polices itself.
