Mayor Annie Brown made this campaign promise two years ago and is no closer to having lifeguards in South Haven. Lisa McDonald tells everyone about the struggles of losing her daughter and her boyfriend to drowning, and the fight to make South Haven's beaches safer for residents and visitors alike.
