PAUL PRESTON discusses the progress of the movement to start a New State from California.  The big news is that the movement has picked up three new counties in it effort to create a New State from California.   

Paul then goes on to ask why there were 12 new forest fires in California during a 6 day period in which there is no understanding how they started yet governor Brown is quick to use then as a political tool to extort money from the Trump administration. Jerry Brown is then heard in a clip from the California Assembly floor demending passage of his cap and trade climate change legislation.
