Robin coaches "givers" who find themselves depleted and who want to fill their "joy buckets" so they can feel great and continue giving.

We talk about the meaning of joy, strategies for finding joy (even in crazy times), and our complicated relationship to joy itself.  I really enjoyed talking to Robin and admire her for really living her truth.
