It is very easy to point fingers and blame others for your anger--anger towards family, anger towards the universe for ADHD, anger towards religions, anger towards strangers. But so much of this is sadness and it needs to be acknowledged and addressed. This sadness needs to be released, and it is your responsibility to do that because no one is coming to save you. Look inside of yourself, start getting curious about it, and transmute all the anger and sadness into gratitude and appreciation.
