Dr Darby directs the USC Center for the Changing Family, a group of affiliated faculty from across the University of Southern California, including faculty from Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Pediatrics, Social Work, Law, and Preventive Medicine who study families from different methodological lenses.
In this episode, they discuss the science behind caregiving behaviour and how much of it can be tied to neurology versus experiences and learned behaviour. They also discuss the wonderful work Dr Darby directs at the USC Center for the Changing Family and how much work and research they have been able to do with the help of families and caregivers.
