Are they too stupid or just too lazy to earn an accredited degree and just want to take the easy way out? I suspect their supposed "clients" are merely family members & their pets. I'm sure some are helpful, but if you ask them how successful they are in repairing their "clients'" relationships, they'll hang up on you, then blame you for inquiring about their credentials and credibility!  Sounds shady to me.
