Uncensored Humanity UH 046 - Shannon White True Art Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

Our guest today is my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructor Shannon White. Shannon is the head instructor of BJJ at True Art Jiu Jitsu in Fairlawn Ohio. Shannon got his black belt in Jiu Jitsu in the fall of 2018 from his instructor Mark Vives of the New Breed Training Center in Chicago Illinois. Shannon started training Jiu Jitsu in 2009 at the age of 19. He has a pedigree of competition in Jiu Jitsu and has many accomplishments on the mat. His latest accomplishment was winning the 2014 IBJJF Chicago Summer Open as a purple belt.

Shannon has a real passion for teaching and believes that Jiu Jitsu is for everyone. He is the only instructor at his gym. So he is there at every class to teach his students.
