E30 - Being customer service focused

In the future, companies will be differentiated primarily by their customer service.  What kind of service are you currently delivering?  Is it the best?  Do poeple talk about it like they do Chick-fil-a?  If not... why not?  It most certainly can be.  Today, I talk about some basic customer service tips, just scratching the surface, to help up your "customer service game" and take it to the next level.  

Need more specific help in your organization?  Talk to me about coming in and evaluating the current service levels and implementing plans to improve.  With some help, you can be talked about like that great chicken sandwich restaurant.  :)
