Bryan Stevenson, founder and Executive Director of the Equal Justice Initiative testified in front of the Delaware State House on their effort to repeal the Death Penalty in the state. Stevenson who has been represented capital defendants and death row prisoners in the deep south shares his experiences.

Kathleen Lucas, Executive Director of Pennsylvanians for Alternatives to the Death Penalty joins Rick to talk about how the current death penalty debate in Delaware impacts Pennsylvania as the one-year anniversary of Governor Wolf’s death penalty moratorium approaches. 

Katie Sullivan, Research Coordinator at Media Matters joins Rick to talk about the big GOP debate and the Trump sideshow, and what this could mean for the upcoming Iowa Caucus.  Is Trump’s move a sexist attack on Megyn Kelly?
