Losing weight and keeping it off is a mental mindset. In order to lose weight and keep it off you have to change your habits, set a goal and work towards it. Don't beat yourself down because the weight is coming off slower than expected. It didn't take you 3 weeks to gain all the weight so don't expect it to come off in 3 weeks or less.
