South Dakota House Votes for Convention of States

On January 25, 2022, the South Dakota House debates and votes on the Convention of States Action Resolution which calls for an Article V convention for proposing amendments that would impose fiscal restraints, term limits, and other limits on the scope and power of the federal government.
