Bio: Ishwari Rajak, a feminist since childhood, is a scholar of menstruation practices and taboos in different cultures. She is passionate about education and believes that educating men about positive models of masculinity and impacting policies will help eradicate the problems of violence and sexual assault. She aims to start a program and eventually a school emphasizing on positive masculinity and empowerment of girls and women in her home country, Nepal. Her courage, grit, and determination drive her, and she is unafraid to state what she believes. She seeks to empower other women and girls to pursue more roles in government.
