Kids, Education and Tutoring in Des Moines

It's been going on for a decade and one of the things tied to No Child Left Behind that educators praise. We asked Phil Roeder of the Des Moines Public Schools to share with us the details of this tutoring program that is full paid by the federal government, who might qualify and how to proceed. For many families this just may be an answer to further education success.
