In this episode I chat with Janet Smith-Harrison who lost her mum suddenly at the age of 18 sending ripples reverberating out. As life settled once again into a humdrum of happiness Janet then lost her voice at a time she needed it the most. We talk about the struggle of families and the surviving parent when one parent dies, the isolation and frustration of losing your voice, and the need to connect with the very essence of you for ultimate strength and resilience.
Janet helps other women rediscover their essence, if you'd like to find out more please contact her at jmsmithharrison@gmail.com
