Where is Jaliek Rainwalker?

Jaliek Rainwalker was born to a mother addicted to cocaine. Naturally, he was placed into foster care until he was later adopted by the McDonald-Kerr Family. It didn't take long for the family to decide that Jaliek's behavior was "unmanageable." They even asked to reverse the adoption. The state informed Jaliek's adoptive parents that this was no longer an option. Shortly after this conversation, Jaliek came up missing. Jaliek's biological family, adoptive grandparents, former foster care families and the entire Greenwich community want to find him... well everybody, it seems, except... his adoptive parents. Where is Jaliek Rainwalker?!?
