Slindile talks to us about how she got started in real estate, house hacking, how she got a roommate to help her pay her mortgage.

She openly shares how she started off her property journey by buying single family homes and then had an epiphany that she needed to start investing in multi families and that led to her starting Sakhisizwe Stokvel. 

Sakhisizwe aims to create passive income for ordinary people who do have the financial means to invest in large scale multi lets, retail property or student accommodation.

They focus on high cashflow properties and their members get paid monthly so there are no long waiting periods before the investments start paying out.
