I used to really struggle with this thought... because I was used to thinking most of my life that self care was selfish... (and expensive) and as a good Christian woman... self care isn't for us... and it's selfish.

For the next 5 weeks we are going through a summer self care series where you will have the ability to care for yourself well physically. I will be sharing 1 or 2 tips you can do right away to help your body in many ways including gently detoxing harmful toxins out.

This is a way to show yourself some much needed love & care without going to the spa and dropping hundreds of hard earned dollars.

But before we get into the tactile, we need to get into what IS self love and look at the world's way vs God's way of loving ourselves and caring for ourselves well.
