I have made so much progress in the year since we I was Blindsided by my separation.  Unfortunately I still can't let go of Guy, but I do recognize that I use him as a crutch because I am still to scare to TRUST I can do this alone, even though i have been!  It's all just a mind shift that I needed to finally have.
