Today let's spend our 15 minutes praying with Psalm 23:1-6.
Among his many helpful recommendations for prayer, St. Ignatius instructed all his mentees to practice something called the review of prayer. In the review we ask, "What happened in prayer?" and we make the graces of prayer more explicit.
