Understanding Jealousy: What It Reveals & How to Grow from It

This week, I'm sharing my thoughts on jealousy. Hot off a recent vacation, I find myself struggling to talk about the trip for fear that others will get jealous and/or feel bad about themselves.

Today, I dig into what these feelings are, why we experience them and what we can do with those feelings to get closer to our truest and most whole versions of ourselves.
