Fit, Fabulous and Still Adddicted to Laughing at 58 with Katia Lessa 💋

This cliche rings so true, "age is so much more than just a number". As our guest, Katia says it's a mindset and a way of life.  We think that many women have yet to embrace aging as a natural progression for their lives. We want to think we will one day find the fountain of youth, but how wonderful can it be if we accept it as part of our human condition and embrace it to the fullest.  

And embracing it to the fullest is why I have the pleasure of introducing a very dear friend of mine Katia Lessa, Katia is a fabulous interior designer, stylist, and founder of  @lepikiofficial an all organic inspirational t-shirt line. Katia and I are here to tell you that age shouldn't stop you or any other woman from living your life to the fullest!

  Katia found her beauty at the age of 50, and it was then that she really began to feel fabulous and healthy.  She shares how she embraces her age and her maturity and has no wishes of going back.  She lives her life by enjoying every day like it's the last.
