The Nagorno-Karabakh dispute flares up again

Low-scale conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh has persisted since the 1994 ceasefire. A flare-up at the beginning of April again focussed attention on the issue, but this time, regional tensions are higher and Azerbaijan has become a significant transit point for oil and gas.  Control Risks’ Global Research Director Charles Hecker talks to Anna Walker, Associate Director for Europe.
