S1 Ep 2
Being in tune enables us to find our inner source of energy and vibrancy, and more importantly, helps us to better connect with those around us.
Mindfulness can be simple and fun - and anyone can practise it.
You can 'Be' whilst you 'Do'. Just like building any muscle, it takes training but with practise, it will become second nature and your super-skill.

About The Guest:
Kareen believes that leading mindfully helps to create an inclusive environment where individuals from all backgrounds and teams can thrive, build trusting relationships with others and promote creativity and innovation. In her view, mindfulness is a super-skill!
She has always been fascinated by people and how they respond to situations around them. That’s why she's had a successful change and communications consulting career, working with businesses big and small for over 15 years, including Roche Pharmaceutical, Kier Construction, Network Rail, Metropolitan Police to name a few.
Kareen began practising mindfulness herself a few years ago. She experienced multiple losses over a short period of time and had time to look after herself. Her curiosity about mindfulness turned into a deep passion and she decided to qualify as a Mindfulness teacher. Kareen wanted to help others, so decided to set up Calmify. Now it’s her mission to make mindfulness fun, simple and accessible to all so that everyone can live calmer and happier lives.
