If you’re having a hard time selling, think about what makes you buy from someone and apply that to your business.

Your first launch is going to be messy, so we need to give ourselves permission to learn from it.

“We want to make sure that we’re bringing in the right people to the sales funnel, and at the top of the sales funnel is leads. No matter where you are in your business, if you’ve never sold a client or you are an eight figure business, leads are still the most important thing you need in your business at all times. Then in the center, there is this place that is nurturing and right now what is happening is you are nurturing people. If you're nurturing people in this circle, but they aren’t the right people, we’re actually wasting time, energy, money, resources, and all these other things, because after nurture comes the buy. If the people in the nurture funnel are not the right people, they are never going to come down to buy.”
