They had to pivot as a result of the pandemic and they were able to accelerate growth. But they had a strong foundation in culture and technology that allowed them to pivot into the virtual event space. Like Jon said "technology is there to make people's lives easier." He also mentioned that early on having those direct conversations was what allowed them to build their culture. Their culture experience is their 2nd largest team.
