No matter what your role in local government, you are impacted by numerous budget and finance issues every day.  The goal of this session is to help non-finance professionals better understand the complicated world of municipal finance. We will cover many of the finance-related issues that local officials face in any local government.  Participants will gain a deeper understanding that will help them be more effective no matter what their role.
