Morning Report 31 Jan 19: US stocks rally on earnings & Fed decision

The US sharemarket is surging by as much as 2% thanks to well received results from Boeing and Apple, solid economic data and a more dovish tone in the Fed’s latest monthly meeting on interest rates.
