Ron Thulin has been in sports broadcasting for more than 60 years.
He has called Olympics, baseball games in Cuba, major college football but he's most known for calling the NBA on TNT. When media mogul Ted Turner created TNT in the late '80s, Thulin was hired as a play by play voice.
Ron talked to Mac about his career, and the relationship between TNT and the NBA, which ends soon. The NBA will no longer televise its games on TNT after this season. Ron discussed that, his TV show with Barry Switzer, and life on the road in the NBA.
