There’s so much juicy information to delve into when we start talking about how ‘REACTIVITY’ laces itself through your life because it can be found in almost any interaction and any activity. And, we often connect to it as if it’s the only way we can feel about a given situation or circumstance – as if it’s normal.
The reality is that ‘REACTIVITY’ is actually a signpost letting us know that something much deeper is being triggered, alerting us to the knowledge we’ve lost some piece of our own power, and creating an inner ‘sensory’ experience so we don’t overlook the need to listen to the Self.
Beyond this, by getting a solid hold on our ‘REACTIVITY’, we’re then able to bring a more understanding and constructive way of being to the many everyday events that comprise our lives like driving, shopping, attending LIVE events, parenting, and socializing.
Being more conscious of this ‘unmanaged’ inner space serves us as we endeavor to create lives we feel good about and bring a more self-contained quality to the world we live in. It’s a time of unrest and ‘REACTIVITY’ is one of the foundational ways of being that contributes to this unrest. Getting to the heart of what’s causing and driving it, can only firm up and offer more groundedness to us.
