So why do we get nervous? Why do we get nervous about some things and not others and why do people sometimes mistake being nervous with suffering from anxiety. Now I’m not going to talk about anxiety today but a lot of people think they suffer from it but really it is a bit of nervousness.
You can start by trying to embrace those butterflies of yours, that feeling of the little winged ones flying around in your stomach normally come around when you are really nervous, but it is possible to use them to help get your nerves ahead of the game which of course will ultimately benefit you!
