Originally from Florida Dr. Reyka has been practicing clinical psychology for over 6 years now. She recently moved to Denver, CO where she founded Grassroots Healing, LLC. Her own practice where she can share her love of clinical psychology with others and help them heal from past traumas, anxieties, and depression. 

 

This episode breaks down the different facets of therapy and how you can benefit from each type of practice. Dr. Reyka also shares tools she uses to help some of her patients. This episode is full of journal prompts and questions to ask thy self if you or someone you know is feeling overwhelmed, lost, or confused with life.
