New Series—”Expectations” #1—Hope
Isaiah 9 

During the weeks leading up to Christmas (the season we call Advent) we enter a time of waiting expectantly for the celebration of Christ’s birth. For centuries before the birth of Jesus, there had been a  growing expectation that one day the Savior would come, but “when would He  come?”; “why would He come?”; and “what would He do/bring?” were still to be answered. In these weeks we will look at the Old Testament expectations that Jesus fulfills and the blessings we receive.
