EP14: Living Life As A Story

Kate and Wyn are joined by the brilliant coach & storyteller, Stephanie Benedetto Padovani.  Together they explore how life flows when we realize that our thoughts are just the stories we tell ourselves.  They also chat about what they are seeing about making decisions with and without the weight we add to our decisions.  Wyn, Kate and Steph also play with the idea of control and a willingness to be with what is.
