We've got a chat about Rix's experience in installing a 1,200lbs fountain for his family, to Victor's struggles with explaining technology to his own parents. But comeuppance will come, as both Rix and Victor appreciate not only the value of questions, but the beauty of the simple things in life... like the art of mowing a lawn.
