We're traveling back to 2002 this week. For 3 weeks shots were fired, people were killed and no one saw a thing. A mysterious van, hundreds of suspects, and wild goose chases. This case certainly took the nation by storm. People were afraid to go outside in the DC area because they never knew where shots would ring out next...Finally two men were caught and it just got weird from there.
