Ajahn Nissarano gives a talk about contentment and developing the inner smile. Contentment is a quality the Buddha praised a lot. Ajahn then gives a guided meditation with the intention to create the condition for contentment to arise, using the inner smile, with whatever we experience. The second intention is to reflect on our experience of the meditation, particularly the breath, feelings, mind states and mind objects that we experience.
We highly recommend listening to the Dhamma talk. However, if you wish to skip to the guided meditation section, it should begin around 24:30.
