Something I've found incredibly powerful when this is true for me, is to seek wise counsel and advice from those who understand the obstacles and challenges ahead because they've already navigated them.
Confucius says it this way: “If you want to know the road ahead, ask those coming back."
I've found that new territory can seem even more challenging when we're oblivious to what we'll endure; that's somewhat universal for a certain path. For example:

I've found that new territory can seem even more challenging when we're oblivious to what we'll endure; that's somewhat universal for a certain path. For example:
- When people think you're “too much” and misunderstand you, that's actually a requirement of being extraordinary
- For those that want to grow, if you can't build a vision of what's possible for them, they'll find someone who can
- Setting boundaries, communicating directly and making decisions for the highest good will cause you to lose people, but leaders aren't supposed to be “buddies” and amicable, they're supposed to help you win and lead
- Leaders will always graduate into higher levels of working harder; freedom has a price
- We have to be willing to go long periods of time without seeing results; most people aren't patient enough to dedicate a decade or more of effort to what they want to create
What I thought might be a helpful dose of value is offering five stages of success as it pertains to an entrepreneurship journey. Some of you may intimately know these stages, and it will affirm the path, and others of you may come back to this for encouragement when you need it along the way.
