Morning Report 3 Dec 19: Fresh trade concerns weigh on US markets

US sharemarkets fell on Monday on trade concerns after President Trump restored tariffs on metal imports from Brazil and Argentina. Weaker US manufacturing and construction data weighed on sentiment.
