Market Close 5 April 19: ASX 200 ends lower as sellers opt for caution ahead of the weekend

The ASX 200 fell for a second day on Friday with the index falling 51 points or 0.8%. Over the course of the week the Index was flat, posting a gain of half of one point. Materials were the most improved sector this week, while property trusts were the biggest decliners.
