EPISODE 73 - COST OF LOWERING YOUR RATES

If you were thinking of lowering your rates to get more work, THINK AGAIN! That's the opposite of what you should be doing, but I also know the value of creating long lasting relationships that lead to future projects and sometimes a being able to lower your rate say for a rental package or even your day rate by a small amount can go a long way. Today I want to talk about some of the scenarios you might be faced where lowering your rate might make sense and other times when you can't settle for less than your regular rates.
