TGIF everyone and since Father Anthony is still away on retreat, but will return next week, joining us in the studio today after being on last week, Jude Huntz from the Office of Peace and Social Justice of the Archdiocese of Chicago is back again today, along with John Taylor who is a Consultant in their Offices of Peace and Justice, talking about Catholic Relief Services in "Hot Spots." That is, the work done in other areas/countries around the world, with John talking about the services that are provided and done in order to help, as well as provide some historical background too. With Islam and Muslims being talked about on many previous shows, John points out that they help out many associated with that and work done with them and for them. After the first break, Jude talks to John on several points and on the idea or question of "Why Care?" Both men provide some very interesting facts and examples of why and how they help and care. With St. Stans in mind, both men also bring up several examples with what's at St. Stans, such as the Food Pantry and Soup Kitchen. After the second break, the discussion continues, along the lines of differences and those who are fleeing areas, particularly areas of war. Towards the end of the show, both Jude and John bring up several options in ways that you, the listeners, can help out and contribute.
