Vishnu Dhyanam

Lord Vishnu is the preserver of the universe. He has thousands of names and is one of the most revered gods in Hinduism. Vishnu Dhyanam is a beautiful Sanskrit Sloka. It describes the different aspects of Vishnu and helps create an image of Vishnu in all his glory. Its chief purpose is to create this image of the deity when chanting the Vishnu Sahasranamam. Chanting it brings peace, bliss, good health, divine blessings, and Moksha.

Gayatri Mantra 108

Gayatri Mantra or Savitri Mantra is an ancient Mantra from the Rig Veda and is dedicated to the Sun God, Savitr. It was supposedly written by Sage Vishwamitra. It should be chanted at sunrise after taking a bath. Chanting it 108 times, thrice a day, has a very beneficial effect. It calms the mind, reduces stress, and bestows prosperity, happiness, and progress in life. It can improve your breathing, make your heart healthy, and give you a radiant appearance.
