In today's lesson we got a little crazy but it’s okay because It’s really not that bad. It’s just that it makes you look crazy, so maybe try this one out in a private place. What you’ll learn to do and you can follow along with me is to stress and de-stress your body by applying tension to every muscle in your body. Holding that tension then releasing and repeating it. It’s a method that works wonders on me and gets me through my tough times. And yes I recommend you try doing both methods in Part 1 and Part 2 everyday. Do those things and success will be just around the corner.
